Aer
Worli · 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, daily
Thirty-four floors above sea level, open sky, the entire Worli coastline lit up below. Mumbai's tallest bar doesn't need to try hard — the view does half the work and the cocktails do the rest. Champagne happy hour runs 5 to 7. Dress code enforced. Worth it.
Baroke
Grant Road · 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM, daily
Mumbai's first vinyl-only listening bar. 220 records on the shelf, walnut wood everywhere, cocktails by award-winning mixologist Jishnu Some, and a strict no-streaming policy. The music plays front to back, side A to side B. You sit, you listen, you drink something excellent.
Bonobo
Bandra · 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM, daily
Open sky, fairy lights, a DJ booth that actually knows what it's doing, and cocktails mixed with more care than most Bandra kitchens put into dinner. Saturday nights pack out early. Weekday evenings are the move — same energy, breathing room.
Gokul
Colaba · 11:00 AM – 1:30 AM, daily
Plastic stools, ceiling fans on full tilt, Old Monk at prices that haven't caught up with inflation. Every generation of Colaba kids has done time at Gokul — art students, theatre folks, broke writers, off-duty bartenders from fancier places. The beer is cold. The vibe is permanent.
Harbour Bar
Colaba · 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, daily
Mumbai's first licensed bar, pouring since 1933. Leather seats, low lighting, a view of the harbour through tall windows — and a cocktail list that treats every pour like ceremony. The Bombay Blazer arrives on fire. Literally.
Colaba Social
Colaba · 9:00 AM – 1:30 AM, daily
Part cafe, part bar, part co-working space, fully Bombay. Laptops out by noon, drinks flowing by seven, the same tables doing double duty all day. The LIIT is dangerously good, the vibe is permanently creative-chaotic, and the fact that you can nurse a coffee for three hours before switching to cocktails is the whole point.
Hitchki
BKC · 12:00 PM – 1:30 AM, daily
Bollywood on the walls, Bollywood in the drinks menu, Bollywood on the speakers. Hitchki leans all the way into the theme and it works — drinks named after Hindi films, food that covers every region, and a Saturday BollyTech night that fills the floor by 10. Come with friends, come loud.
Bastian
Bandra · 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM – 1:30 AM (closed Mondays)
Bandra's big-night-out spot where the seafood is pristine and the cocktails match the energy. The bar program runs deep — think Japanese whisky highballs, house-infused gins, and a wine list that actually travels beyond the usual suspects. Dress well, eat the crab, stay for dessert.
Woodside Inn
Colaba · 11:00 AM – 1:30 AM, daily
Running since 2007 in the Indian Mercantile Mansion, Woodside is the Colaba gastropub that got the formula right before gastropubs were a thing. Good beer list, better burgers, and a room that feels like it's been here longer than it has. The Andheri outpost exists too, but the Colaba original is the one.
Toit
Lower Parel · 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, daily
Bangalore's favourite brewpub brought its tanks to Mumbai and set up inside the old Blue Frog space. Six house brews on tap at any given time — the Toit Weiss and Tintin Toit IPA are permanent fixtures. Food is solid pub grub, portions are honest, and the afternoon crowd on weekends is half the city's beer nerds.
