Bourbon meets lemon meets egg white foam. The dry shake is non-negotiable — skip it and you get a flat drink with no texture. Baroke does theirs with smoked ice which adds a campfire edge. At home, a regular ice cube works fine. The bitters on top are not optional.

Method
Add bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. No ice yet.
Dry shake hard for 15 seconds — this emulsifies the egg white into that velvet foam.
Add ice, shake again for another 15 seconds until the shaker is freezing cold.
Double strain into a coupe glass (fine strainer catches the ice chips).
Drop 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the foam. Drag a toothpick through for the classic pattern.
