Louve Brings European Fine Dining to Lutyens'
Chef Selim's opulent restaurant opens at 1 Humayun Road
Louve, a new European fine-dining destination, has opened in Delhi's Lutyens' Bungalow Zone at 1 Humayun Road. Helmed by Chef Selim, who has experience at Michelin-starred Mikla in Istanbul and Cipriani, the restaurant focuses on French and Italian techniques.
The restaurant promises a slow, indulgent, chef-led fine-dining experience in interiors featuring soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble floors, and garden gazebos. UAE mixologist Vasile Dorofeev has curated a cocktail program called 'Cocktails from Memory'.
