Salt & Soul: Powai's Eight-Seat Supper Club

Chef Hemal Shah launched Salt & Soul in May this year, running an intimate supper club from her home overlooking Powai Lake.

Each edition seats exactly eight guests for a seven-course tasting menu paired with wine. The twist: a Hangman-style puzzle runs through the evening, with clues embedded in each course.
