Ringo Bakery Opens in Vikhroli

Ringo, a new bakery focused on bread and laminated pastries, has opened on the Godrej Trees campus in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Founded by Sagar Neve and chef Niyati Rao, with chef Akshay leading the baking, Ringo is a direct evolution of the bread programme that built a loyal following at Ekaa. The shift to a dedicated, more public space means the full lineup is now accessible beyond the restaurant context. Expect classic croissants, danishes, and sourdough made with a long-used starter, but the local angle is where things get interesting. A Malvani prawn danish and nolen gur tarts bring regional flavour into the laminated pastry format. Ekdum solid move for east Mumbai.
