Fine Dine michelinryokanthree-star

Miyamaso, a ryokan in Kyoto, newly received Three MICHELIN Stars when the MICHELIN Guide Kyoto Osaka 2026 selections were announced on April 22, 2026. This marks the first new three-star restaurant in Kyoto and Osaka since the 2020 edition.

The traditional Japanese inn breaks a six-year drought for the region's highest Michelin honor. The announcement comes as part of a broader recognition wave, with five restaurants newly receiving Two MICHELIN Stars (four in Kyoto, one in Osaka) and nineteen restaurants earning One MICHELIN Star across both cities.
