Gaggan Anand Brings First India Restaurant to Delhi
The Bangkok star finally comes home, with a protégé in tow
Chef Gaggan Anand is opening his first restaurant in India, named Raga, in New Delhi in June 2026.
The restaurant is a partnership between Anand and his longtime colleague and protégé Rydo Ando. Anand's eponymous Bangkok restaurant currently holds the No. 6 spot on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list, making Raga one of the most anticipated openings the capital has seen in years.
