Kumaon Comes to Bangalore This June

Monsoon, the 24-hour dining restaurant at THE Park Bangalore, is hosting 'Kumaon Expedition' from June 14 to 16, 2024, a collaboration with Himmaleh Spirits spotlighting food and drinks from Kumaon, Uttarakhand.

The pop-up features delicacies from the Kumaon region alongside cocktails built around Himmaleh Spirits' signature gin, 'Kumaon and I'. A rare chance for Bangalore diners to engage with a distinct Pahadi food and spirits identity, outside the usual north Indian restaurant format.

Three days, one gin, pahadi flavours in the Deccan. Worth the detour.
