Chennai-based KUP Coffee Roasters has landed at Café by The St. Regis Mumbai, bringing a coffee menu that has earned the roaster a cult following back home in Chennai.
The St. Regis Mumbai sits on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Parel, squarely in Mumbai's food-and-hospitality corridor. For a Chennai roaster to set up inside a five-star café is a notable move, signalling that specialty coffee from outside Mumbai is finding serious appetite in the city.
