Maharashtra Tourism's Mango Festival Hits Kunkeshwar

Four days of Alphonso, culture, and Konkan pride in Sindhudurg

Maharashtra Tourism hosted the Mango Festival 2026 at Kunkeshwar in Sindhudurg from May 15 to 18, 2026. Four days of farm-to-table mango sales, cultural performances, and locally made products under one roof.

The festival was designed to spotlight Konkan's mango heritage alongside the region's broader tourism potential. Aam cha raja gets his moment, and Sindhudurg's orchards and coastal identity were front and centre throughout.

With Maharashtra Tourism directly backing the event, Kunkeshwar is being positioned as a seasonal destination worth the drive down the coast.
