Vilnius restaurant Deep Roots earned its first Michelin Star when the Michelin Guide Lithuania 2026 was unveiled on June 5, 2026. The restaurant was newly added to the Selection alongside the star recognition.
Chef Andrius Kubilius built the menu around three pillars: 'home', 'connection', and 'roots'. His great-grandmother's recipes directly inspire the boldly flavored dishes, and most ingredients come from Deep Roots' own farm. Bilkul seedhi baat, this is memory on a plate, not a concept deck.
The Lithuania guide now has a fresh flagship to watch. Deep Roots signals that Vilnius' dining scene is drawing serious international attention.
