Adam Byatt Opens Italian-Inspired Rosina in London

Adam Byatt, the chef behind Michelin-starred Trinity, has opened Rosina at 35 Bellevue Road, London. The new neighbourhood restaurant draws from Byatt's love of Italian cuisine.

Running the kitchen is Chef Will Bee, who comes with solid pedigree - stints at No6 in Padstow and Lita Marylebone are on his CV. Trinity has long been a South London anchor, so Rosina lands with some expectation attached.
