Ten days, one limited menu, zero compromises
Amadeo by Oberoi at Nariman Point ran a Summer Truffle Pop-Up from June 11 to June 21, 2026, a ten-day, limited-edition menu built entirely around truffle.
Executive Sous Chef Swanand Thipsay curated the offering, threading truffle through dishes that balanced European technique with local instinct. Standouts included Mushroom and Truffle Khichdi, Pizza Fritta with truffle stracciatella, and Smoked Hamachi Tartare, a lineup that moved well past the standard truffle pasta playbook.
The pop-up fit a broader June 2026 wave of food events across Mumbai. Bas das din, but for truffle lovers, enough.
