Barcelona's Disfrutar Is World's Best Restaurant

Disfrutar, the Barcelona restaurant run by chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casanas, was crowned The World's Best Restaurant 2024 at a ceremony in Las Vegas on June 5, 2024.

The restaurant also took home the trophy for Best Restaurant in Europe 2024, making it a double win on the night. The three chefs previously worked together at elBulli under Ferran Adria before opening Disfrutar in 2014. Bas kar, two trophies, one night, Barcelona on top of the world.
