Foodstories Opens Two-Level Gourmet Hub in Bandra

Avni and Ashni Biyani launched Foodstories in Bandra in June 2026, a two-level store stocking locally sourced and imported specialty products.

The space is not just retail. It houses 'That Grocery Café', 'That Bev Bar', and 'That Bake Shop' helmed by Chef Dean Rodrigues. A fresh pasta bar run by Chef Aabhas Mehrotra adds a made-to-order dimension. Most notably, a working flour mill, set up in collaboration with Two Brothers Organic Farms, sits inside the store, bringing the supply chain visibly onto the shopping floor.

Bandra gets yet another destination-format food space. Whether Foodstories converts browsers into regulars will depend on execution, but the format, part store, part café, part mill, is a clear swing at redefining how Mumbai shops for specialty food.
