Gaggan Anand Opens First India Restaurant in Delhi
Raga lands in New Delhi in June 2026, and it's been a long time coming
Kolkata-born chef Gaggan Anand is finally coming home. Raga, his first restaurant in India, is set to open in New Delhi in June 2026.
The restaurant is a partnership with Rydo Ando, Anand's longtime colleague and protégé. The name itself is a portmanteau, Rydo Anton plus Gaggan Anand, and the menu promises boundary-busting Indian cuisine.
Anand built his reputation redefining Indian food from Bangkok, earning back-to-back spots on Asia's 50 Best lists. Raga marks his first bet on home soil. Bookings and exact address are yet to be announced, but Delhi, taiyyar raho.
