NMBC opens in Navi Mumbai with a vertical garden and an all-women team
Navi Mumbai Baking Cafe (NMBC) has opened in Vashi, running 24x7, led entirely by an all-women team, and built around a working vertical garden.
The garden holds over 115 plants, including celery, parsley, thyme, Italian basil, and rosemary. These go straight into the kitchen. Not decor. Actual farm-to-counter.
