Rassayah opened in Delhi's Meharchand Market, Lodhi Colony, positioning itself as a revival of India's royal culinary traditions.
Founders Amit and Mukta Tandon conducted deep research into heirloom recipes to recreate authentic Awadhi, Lucknawi, and Brij-Banarasi cuisines. The menu features dishes including Rampuri Tar Qorma, Nihari, Lucknowi Galouti, Brij ki Chenna Khas Khas Tikki, Gobi Musallam, and Banarasi Matra Tamatar Chaat.
