Barcelona's decade-old powerhouse tops the global list in Las Vegas
Barcelona's Disfrutar was crowned The World's Best Restaurant 2024 on June 5 at the Wynn Las Vegas, at the ceremony sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.
The restaurant is helmed by chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas, all alumni of the now-shuttered El Bulli, and is currently marking its 10-year anniversary. Along with the top global title, Disfrutar also claimed Best Restaurant in Europe 2024.
Badhai ho to the trio. A decade in, and they're at the very top of the world.
