Indian Accent's 17th Year Tasting Menu Is Here
Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra rewrites the playbook, again.
Indian Accent has launched a new tasting menu for its 17th year, with Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra leading the charge at the Delhi restaurant.
The updated menu blends Indian classics with global technique and seasonal produce. Starters open with a Black Truffle Potato Sphere Chaat, a signature move that signals exactly where the meal is headed. Mid-course dishes include Green Jackfruit with XO Balchao, Sweet Corn Muthia, and Burrata. Mains bring Malai Kofta in Five Spice Squash Curry, Smoked Duck Biryani, and Dal Sultani.

Solah saal baad bhi, Indian Accent continues to set the benchmark for modern Indian fine dining. The menu is available now for April-May 2026.
