Papi opened in Bandra on April 30, 2026, putting cocktails at the center of the experience with an in-house program built around brining, distilling, and fermenting. The cocktail menu spans savoury, tropical, floral, and spirit-forward options, with select drinks available on tap.
Food follows the same eclectic logic. Sharing plates draw from coastal, Latin, Mediterranean, and pan-Asian influences - think Sichuan paella and ricotta recheado. The space mixes a relaxed outdoor area with interiors featuring skylights, wood, stone, and textile details. Bandra ka naya adda is already earning attention in Mumbai's May 2026 opening wave.
