Seasee Street Brings Southeast Asia to Bandra

A new wok-forward spot lets you build your own bowl. Six countries, one kitchen.

Pop-Ups Southeast AsianBandranew opening

Seasee Street opened in Bandra on June 24, 2026, bringing Southeast Asian street food to Mumbai's western suburbs.

Founded by Saamir Chandnani and Rinchen Angchuk, the restaurant pulls from six food cultures: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The centerpiece is a hands-on wok station where guests assemble their own bowls, choosing between noodles or rice, a protein, sauces, and toppings. Seedha simple, but the range covers serious ground.

Bandra's dining scene has absorbed plenty of Asian concepts over the years, but a build-your-own format anchored this specifically in street food traditions is a sharper proposition. Watch this one find its crowd fast.
