Sentosa GrillFest 2026 Goes Biggest Yet
42 vendors, an omakase beach dinner, and nine years of smoke and fire
Singapore's Sentosa GrillFest returns for its ninth edition at Siloso Beach from July 23 to August 16, 2026, with its largest line-up to date: 42 vendors across five zones, including 18 new names.
The headline addition is Chef's Grill, an air-conditioned, eight-course omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association. It is the first time the festival has offered a structured fine-dining format alongside its usual grill stalls. All 42 vendors must use compostable packaging and cutlery, per Sentosa's Disposables Policy.
Nearly four weeks of beachside grilling, dressed up with a side of omakase. Singapore knows how to commit.
