Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe Lands in Singapore
Julien Royer brings Michelin muscle to a jewellery brand's first local cafe
Tiffany & Co. is opening its Blue Box Cafe at ION Orchard in mid-July 2026, marking the luxury jewellery brand's first-ever cafe in Singapore.
The menu is a collaboration with Julien Royer, chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred Odette, offering an elevated all-day dining experience inspired by Tiffany's New York flagship. The space leans fully into the brand identity: Tiffany Blue interiors, immersive decor, the works. Bling aur brunch, ek saath.
Singapore joins a short list of global cities hosting the Blue Box Cafe format. With Royer's name attached, this is less novelty pop-up, more serious dining with a very expensive backdrop.
