World Champion Pizzaiolo Opens First India Outlet

Naples-born world champion pizzaiolo Vincenzo Capuano has opened his first India outlet at Lodha Signet, Lower Parel, this July.

The menu runs from Neapolitan classics, Margherita con Bufala, Diavola alla Nonno Enzo, to India-exclusive experiments like Chicken Tikka Pizza and Paneer Chimichurri Pizza. The headline act is the signature Cloud Pizza, built on a 30-hour fermented dough that produces a noticeably light, airy crust. Ekdum alag texture.
