A farm-to-table fine diner where the menu changes weekly
Fine dining has a new address in Pune: NUÈE has launched in Kalyani Nagar, founded by Chef Pranav Vijay Sawant and Thousand Pines Hospitality.
The concept is seasonal and ingredient-driven, menus evolve weekly based on produce sourced from organic farms in Uruli Kanchan. Staples like paneer, made from A2 milk, and organic tofu are prepared in-house daily. Chef Sawant's background spans Southeast Asian food traditions, luxury hospitality, and deep research into regional Maharashtrian cuisine.
