São Paulo Gets Latin America's First Three Stars
Evvai and Tuju make history in the 2026 Michelin Guide
São Paulo restaurants Evvai and Tuju were awarded Three MICHELIN Stars on April 13, 2026, making them the first restaurants in Brazil to reach the guide's highest honour.
The milestone came as Michelin unveiled its 2026 Rio de Janeiro & São Paulo edition, which also added 12 new entries to the selection. In Rio, Madame Olympe picked up its first MICHELIN Star, adding to the city's growing fine-dine footprint.
Bilkul badi baat hai: Brazil now sits at the top table of global gastronomy. With two three-star restaurants and a broadening selection across both cities, São Paulo's rise from regional powerhouse to world-class dining destination is official.
