SoBo20 Brings New Orleans Brunch to Marine Drive

SoBo20, Mumbai's Franco-American bar and restaurant on Marine Drive, has launched a New Orleans and Louisiana-inspired Sunday brunch, beginning May 17th.

The spread is built around a central grazing table anchoring the room with whipped feta, brown butter cannellini pâté, a cheese board, warm bread, and composed salads including a Herbed Beetroot Salad. The format is SoBo20's own take on Louisiana's unhurried Sunday afternoon culture, filtered through its Franco-American identity.
