Four London Restaurants Enter Michelin Guide

From Surbiton to Marylebone, London's newest Michelin picks are here

The Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland added 12 new restaurants across the UK and Ireland in July 2026, four of them in London: Aki (Japanese), Clio (Greek), Koyal (Indian), and Willett's (British).

The standout story is Koyal in Surbiton, led by chef Nand Kishor Semwal, who previously helmed kitchens at Michelin-starred Trishna and Gymkhana. His menu leans into street food classics like pani puri and koliwada fish. Bilkul sahi jagah. Meanwhile, Clio, a modern Greek spot in Marylebone focused on grilled fish and seasonal vegetables, earned its listing just over one month after opening.

All four reflect a guide increasingly willing to look beyond fine-dine formality.
