Kolhapur chefs shattered a world record by preparing 521 different rice dishes simultaneously using seven varieties of rice. The feat, led by Master Chef Digvijay Bhosale, began at 7 am Saturday at Ashwini Bhosale Hospitality and Culinary Institute in Shastri Nagar.
Ten professional chefs and 40 students participated in the marathon cooking session, aiming for an entry in the London-based World Book of Records. The initiative showcased chef creativity while giving students hands-on experience.
