Leela Bengaluru Opens Botanical Restaurant The Azulian House
A botanist's residence meets Peruvian-Indian cuisine in the Garden City
The Leela Palace Bengaluru has launched The Azulian House, a new botanical-inspired dining concept, on May 27, 2026.
The venue is designed as a botanist's residence, divided into interconnected spaces: The Living Room, The Glasshouse, The Lab, and The Orchard. The culinary program, led by Chef Zafar, draws from Peru's coastal, Andean, and Amazonian food traditions while weaving in local Indian ingredients. An agave-focused beverage program runs alongside the food menu. The concept leans into Bengaluru's long-standing identity as India's Garden City.
Full menu and booking details are live on The Leela's dining page. Bas itna hi chahiye tha, another luxury hotel doubling down on destination dining in a city that keeps raising the bar.
