Michelin Goes Full Florida for 2026
First statewide guide drops 200 restaurants across 41 cuisine types
The MICHELIN Guide unveiled its first statewide Florida selection on May 28, 2026, 200 eateries, 41 cuisine types, coast to coast.
Two restaurants picked up new One Stars: Emelina in West Palm Beach, recognized for its Cuban cuisine, and Mutra in Miami, bringing Middle Eastern flavors into the spotlight. No Tampa Bay restaurant earned a star at the 2026 ceremony. The sustainability honor went to Fat Beet Farm Kitchen and Bakery in Tampa, which received a Green Star for mindful gastronomy.

Florida joining the statewide Michelin map puts it alongside New York, California, and Chicago as a fully charted American dining destination. Bas ho gaya, the inspectors have arrived.
