Sayaji Kolhapur is running a Sizzler Food Festival at its Moon Tree Café from July 17 to 26, 2026, with dinner sessions featuring sizzling platters, smoky flavors, and interactive dining.
The menu blends global inspirations with local preferences, a contemporary spin on classic sizzlers. The format nods to a piece of food history: the sizzler was reimagined for Indian diners in Bombay in 1963 by Firoz Erani. General Manager Mukesh Rakshit says the festival aims to deliver on taste, aroma, and visual appeal.
