TAB Opens in Lower Parel's Phoenix Palladium

TAB (The American Buzz) has opened at the gourmet village inside Phoenix Palladium, Lower Parel, bringing New York-style pizzas, American BBQ, and craft cocktails under one roof.

The 2,100 sq. ft. space is the work of restaurateurs Romaan and Neha Pathan alongside Zeeshan Thakur. The kitchen is guided by Chef Irfan Pabaney and Head Chef Ameya Prachand, with an in-house smoker and Robata grill doing the heavy lifting on the BBQ front.

The bar program is curated by Shatbhi Basu, widely recognised as India's first female bartender. Lower Parel ke liye, this is a solid American import. Serious technique, serious kit.
